Body size doesn’t determine health.
Bodies have always and will always come in different shapes, sizes and abilities.
Even if we all ate and moved the same, we would still look differently from one another.
There’s so much more that determines our health than just what we eat and how often we exercise.
Exercise can be a tool to improve our lives without obsessing over body composition — I love showing people there’s another way to use exercise in their lives besides punishment or as a way to lose weight.
