Hey! Welcome. I’m Kimberly, a weight inclusive movement coach, mom of 2 and a short workout enthusiast.
I create short and effective strength workouts that can be done at home or the gym with minimal equipment. These simple, easy to implement workout programs are appropriate for folks dealing with pelvic floor symptoms — perinatal or otherwise.
I coach through a weight inclusive and body neutral lens which means I don’t coach weight loss. I’m constantly re-examining my own relationship to my body and working toward true body liberation for all.
I work with people who have full lives and want exercise to fit into their schedules — not the other way around. I believe fitness and movement can be about so much more than just shrinking, conforming or changing our bodies and I’d love to show you how.
