In Person Strength Workouts!
I’m so excited to coach in person again after several years coaching exclusively online. This form is for those who are interested in joining my in person group strength workouts in Summer or Fall 2025.
The 45 minute group workouts will be held at CORE Health & Fitness in Middleton, WI. Modifications for pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic floor symptoms will be available. This will be a body positive environment — no weight loss or diet talk allowed — and our goal will be to increase strength and build community.
There will be two sessions offered: a postpartum specific group (6 weeks & beyond) as well as a general women’s strength training group. This will be a great space for beginner and intermediate lifters/exercisers. No strength training experience required. Women, femmes, trans and non-binary folks are all welcome. Pregnant folks can join either session.
Babies will be welcome in the postpartum group but no walking toddlers/kiddos (safety concerns).
Please select the days of the week and times you are interested in and I will keep you in the loop when enrollment is officially open. If these go well, I’d love to offer more times/days and areas around Dane County.
The first 8 week block will be in June & July and then the second will be in September & October.
